Every product goes through a stringent quality checks. If you are not satisfied with quality of the grocery item, You can return them. Most non-perishables can be returned within 30 days as long as they are not opened or tampered with.
How do i return an item?
Please send an email to cs@shoperies.com describing why you want to return and include pictures if the item is damaged and also mention if you would like us to deliver an replacement item or issue a refund.
Do i have to pay for return pick up or replacement?
No if the item was damaged and not in good quality.
It is mandatory for us to receive product pictures along with issue. We report the pictures to the vendors for refunds for us as well.
Any Produce and/or Perishables issue must be reported within 1 day of delivery for a FULL refund.
Any issue with dry grocery item can be reported within 30 days of delivery for a FULL refund.
Fresh produce needs extra care in handling, and we do all the right things to make sure your groceries get to you in top shape.
Exotic Indian Mango refund Guidelines
All sales are final on Alphonso mangoes. No refunds or exchanges. This season complaints are 5 in 400.
For other varieties, if 1-2 mangoes have a spot here and there, unable to be enjoyed fully, but still edible around, please do not ask for a refund.
If 1 or more mangoes are completely spoiled, black, large white fibrous tissue covering most of the mango, send us pictures and let us know. We will provide a pro-rated refund. Shoperies will determine refund amounts, full refund cannot be provided to cover some cost of bringing the fruit.
If more than half of your case of mangoes are bad, this will happen in an unfortunate radiation burn, or injury to your mango box, we are happy to replace your box with another box where possible.
